Luxury Villa Rentals in Los Cabos
Private Villa Rentals in Los Cabos
Cabo has no shortage of private villas. What it has a shortage of is private villas that perform the way they're represented, staffed by people who actually know the property, and managed by a company that remains accountable once the booking is confirmed. Every home in this collection has been personally reviewed by our team before a guest sets foot inside. We know which Pedregal estates catch the afternoon wind off the Pacific and which ones trap heat. We know which Palmilla properties have true beachfront access and which ones are a longer walk to the water than the listing suggests. We know the villas that work for twelve people and the ones that feel right for four, regardless of the bedroom count. That knowledge is the collection.
Concierge, Chef, and Butler. Included with Every Stay.
Every Cabo Luxury villa rental begins with a dedicated concierge, private airport transportation, a private chef welcome experience, and two hours of butler service on arrival. Your concierge is locally based and working on your stay well before you land. The villa is staffed and prepared. The kitchen is already in motion.
Private chef service, daily butler, and transportation are available as ongoing services throughout your stay.
Villas Across Cabo San Lucas, the Corridor, and San Jose del Cabo
The region covers more ground than most guests expect, and location shapes the experience in ways that matter before you choose a villa.
Pedregal rises steeply above the Pacific in Cabo San Lucas, a gated residential community with some of the most dramatic elevation and ocean views in the region. The Arch sits directly below. The marina is five minutes by car.
The Corridor runs 20 miles northeast along the Sea of Cortez, connecting Cabo San Lucas to San Jose del Cabo. Chileno and Santa Maria beaches anchor the middle stretch. Golf communities including Cabo del Sol and Querencia sit along the route with course and ocean views. This is where the widest range of the collection lives.
Palmilla sits at the northeastern end of the Corridor, adjacent to the One&Only resort and a 27-hole Jack Nicklaus course. The beach here is calm and swimmable, one of only a handful along the entire coastline. It draws families, golfers, and guests who want the Sea of Cortez at its best.
San Jose del Cabo extends just beyond Palmilla. Quieter, more residential, with a confirmed arts district, the Puerto Los Cabos marina, and direct estuary access. Guests who have been to Cabo San Lucas and want something different tend to find it here.
