Spanning 8,906 square feet of indoor living space plus 3,083 square feet of covered outdoor terraces, this six-bedroom villa overlooks Palmilla Bay, the Sea of Cortez, San José del Cabo, and the surrounding mountains, with nearly 180 degrees of panoramic views. A beautiful, swimmable beach along Palmilla Bay is just a short walk from the villa, making it easy to enjoy one of Los Cabos’ most sought-after stretches of coastline.

Designed with family groups in mind, Casa Blanca offers four king suites, a dual-queen bedroom, and a spacious bunk room with four queen beds. The generous living spaces are complemented by Italian furnishings, custom Lutron lighting, and a multi-zone Sonos system throughout the home.

Outside, the villa is designed for days spent together. The infinity-edge pool flows into a separate reflecting pool and fountain, while a large Jacuzzi with an in-water game table, fire pit lounge, poolside swing bed, and multiple dining areas create inviting spaces to relax and entertain.
