Casa Primera

Casa Primera is a six-bedroom, eight-bath villa in the Palmilla community of San José del Cabo, 5,000 square feet with ocean and golf course views and a heated pool, jacuzzi, and wet bar on the main terrace. Sixteen guests across six bedrooms, each finished with hotel-quality linens, robes, toiletries, TV, closets, ceiling fans, and Wi-Fi. Dunes Club access is included — a private community club with pool, pickleball, tennis, spa, and gym — along with a complimentary golf cart for moving through the community.

The main outdoor space centers on the heated pool and jacuzzi, with a wet bar featuring a grill, TV, minibar, and ice maker. A large fire pit anchors the evening outdoor program, with outdoor furniture arranged for relaxed post-dinner gatherings under open sky. The living area connects directly to the pool terrace through wall-to-wall crystal doors that can open fully or close to maintain a cool interior in summer.

Inside, the gourmet kitchen has a breakfast bar and connects to a dining area with a beautiful landscape backdrop. Six-bedroom suites are designed for maximum comfort and privacy, with the layout giving each room genuine separation from the common areas. A fountain water circuit runs throughout the property, providing ambient sound.

Casa Primera is best suited for larger groups or families of up to sixteen who want a Palmilla villa with Dunes Club access, a golf cart included, heated pool, and a full outdoor entertainment setup.
