Villa Solaz

Located within the community of Villas del Mar, Palmilla, Casa Solaz is a five-bedroom ocean-view residence designed for both privacy and relaxed coastal living. Positioned with no neighboring home on one side, the villa enjoys an added sense of seclusion, along with unobstructed views of the Sea of Cortez.

The home blends traditional Mexican design elements with comfortable, contemporary finishes, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout. Spacious living and dining areas open seamlessly to the outdoor terrace, allowing for an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living.

The outdoor space is ideal for gathering and unwinding, featuring an infinity-edge pool, Jacuzzi, and multiple lounge areas oriented toward the ocean. A covered pavilion with an outdoor fireplace offers a more intimate setting for conversation, while the terrace provides a front-row seat to seasonal whale migrations and passing marine life.

Each of the five bedrooms includes an en-suite bathroom and is individually styled, with most offering direct access to terraces and ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen and formal dining area support both casual meals and chef-prepared dining experiences.

Guests are paired with a dedicated personal concierge who assists with every aspect of the stay—from pre-arrival planning and transportation to restaurant reservations, private excursions, and in-villa services such as spa treatments or special dining experiences. The villa also includes access to the Villas del Mar community fitness center located in Phase 4.
