Villa La Datcha is a 20,000 square-foot brand new luxury home in the famous Pedregal neighborhood of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

This beachfront property is made up of three interconnected buildings, with two or three floors each.  Villa La Datcha features 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms designed with a bright Mexican-American style.  Each bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.  Two bedrooms are master suites that feature private terraces, one of which has a fireplace and an office.

The kitchen, dining room and bar are outfitted with quality appliances and top of the line furnishings.  Inspired by the traditional Mexican hacienda, the villa features brightly colored and textured interiors, terraces, shady patios and fountains, as well as many locally crafted pieces of furniture and decor. Truly enjoy the alfresco architecture as the main living area opens up to the expansive oceanfront terrace featuring an infinity pool, 2 Jacuzzi and a fire pit.  Lay by the pool with a margarita in hand while watching the sunset over the Pacific Ocean and even whales during their migratory season (December to April).

Villa La Datcha offers a spa with 5-star hotel amenities including: sauna, steam room, snow room, pool and massage room connected to a fully equipped gym.

This luxury beachfront villa includes breakfast, lunch and dinner with soft drinks and beers.  A gourmet menu is also available at additional cost.

Rates


From $10,000 per night plus tax

  • From January 6 to February 29: $10,000 per night (3 night minimum)
  • From March 1 to April 4: $15,000 per night (3 night minimum)
  • April 5 to April 19: $18,000 per night (7 night minimum)
  • April 20 to September 30: $15,000 per night (3 night minimum)
  • October 1 to December 16: $19,000 per night (3 night minimum)
  • December 17 to January 5: $23,000 per night (7 night minimum)

All rates plus a 16% IVA tax and 3% lodging tax.

Villa Policies


  • No smoking allowed inside.
  • No pets without owner’s prior approval.
  • No wet clothing or towels on indoor furniture.
  • No groups without at least one member of 25 years of age. All groups must have a member of 25 years of age as a signing renter.
  • Pedregal HOA has a noise ordinance: loud noise and music after 10:00 PM will be subject to response by Pedregal Security which may result in penalties up to and including rental termination.
