Casa Las Rocas is not a villa or a casa, it is a compound. Sprawling over 1.6 acres of beachfront property, this is a home which allows you to get lost in your Cabo vacation getaway and forget about the world outside.

With a private, gated entrance which is not visible from the highway, a visit to Casa Las Rocas is to enter another world in another time period. Built with traditional Manzanillo beach-hacienda style and designed by world famous Mexican architect Marco Aldaco who also designed Aristotle Onassis’ home, Casa Las Rocas is an experience like no other.

The experience of al fresco living is a trademark of Las Rocas because this property was designed to draw the cool breezes off of the Sea of Cortez and filter them up through all spaces. The thoughtful design of this magnificent property creates a community experience in all living spaces so that groups of any size can stay connected, yet the individual living quarters are very private and surrounded by lush vegetation so that guests can find privacy and solace if so desired.

In the main living areas, enormous open-air palapas cover separate living and dining areas which comprise more than 10,000 square feet of space. A large, heated, oceanfront pool and Jacuzzi with lots of patio space create the ideal spot to allow the Cabo sun to melt away the stresses of every day life. And the small oceanfront palapa adjacent to the pool is the perfect perch to keep an eye on the action in the pool as well as on the beach.

One of the unique features of Casa Las Rocas is that the pool is built at beach level. Thus, the easy walk-out access provides guests with the ability to move back and forth without the hassle of carrying chairs and gear up and down stairs.

From the beach, the cool sea breezes will follow you as you travel up into the property starting with the pool and Jacuzzi area. From here, just a few steps will take you to the large poolside bar which is fully equipped to prepare any beverage which you desire. Overlooking the bar, pool, and beach are the palapa-covered living and dining areas. These are the areas where guests will spend the majority of their visit at Casa Las Rocas. The over-sized kitchen with all stainless Viking and Wolf appliances has enough refrigeration and cooking space to accommodate even the largest of events. From these community areas you will retreat to one of 7 private casitas. A large, separate Master Suite palapa opens to an oceanfront terrace and offers its own Jacuzzi. As you continue up the natural grade of the property you will find 2 more large buildings which house 6 separate living quarters. Two of these casitas offer (2) Queen sized beds in each which is ideal for families, while the other four bedrooms offer individual King sized beds.
