- June 1 through October 31: $4,900 per night (4 night minimum)
- November 1 through November 22: $5,500 per night (4 night minimum)
- November 23 through November 30: $6,000 per night (7 night minimum)
- December 1 through December 18: $5,500 per night (4 night minimum)
- December 19 through January 3: $7,900 per night (7 night minimum)
Events fee (4-night minimum stay and $25,000 security deposit required):
Up to 50 guests: $7,500, 51 to 75 guests: $10,000, 76 to 100 guests: $15,000
All rates plus a 16% IVA and 4% lodging tax.
*$15 per night Environmental Sanitation Fee required.
