Villa Renata is a seven-bedroom villa rental in the gated Santa Carmela community along the Tourist Corridor in Cabo San Lucas — 8,300 square feet, completed in 2013, and designed in collaboration with renowned designer Adriana Hoyos. Seven bedrooms, 7.5 baths, and sixteen guests three miles from downtown Cabo San Lucas in a community that gives the group genuine access to an integrated recreation program through the beach club: a pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, BBQ area, and private beach access.

The villa's own outdoor terrace holds a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi for eight, fire pit, and a poolside flat-screen television. Inside, a game room with a pool table, a dedicated spa area with a sauna, and a full gym make this one of the more complete wellness and entertainment programs in the Corridor category. Miele coffee and espresso equipment, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Viking and Smeg appliances, surround-sound stereo, satellite TV, washer/dryer, and hair dryers in every bedroom reflect the Hoyos design standard consistently for all 16 guests.
