Six bedrooms, 6.5 baths, and fourteen guests in a property where the address itself does something specific: Palmilla Beach, immediately below the property, is one of the most reliably swimmable beaches in Los Cabos.

The outdoor area includes a heated infinity-edge pool, jacuzzi, large oceanfront terraces, a summer kitchen with a gas BBQ, an outdoor shower, and outdoor dining for fourteen — all facing the Cortez, with the swimmable beach below within reach of the villa.

Inside, the property is fully wheelchair-accessible — with wide entryways, accessible bathroom configurations, and a curbless layout throughout the main floor.
