Villa Nácar

Villa Nácar is a beachfront villa in Villas del Mar, Palmilla, San Jose del Cabo — one of the few communities in Los Cabos where direct Sea of Cortez access, resort-level amenities, and genuine privacy exist on the same property. At 7,200 square feet, the scale is generous without being excessive. Five suites, each with a private terrace facing the water, give a group of ten real room to settle in rather than rotate around each other.

The outdoor space is where the day organizes itself. Inside, the suites are individually appointed with the kind of detail that reflects the aquamarine palette of the water outside. Each opens onto its own terrace, so the view is never shared unless guests choose to share it. The Palmilla location adds a layer that beachfront alone doesn't provide. Jack Nicklaus-designed golf, the One & Only resort amenities, and the calmer waters of the bay are all accessible without leaving the area. San Jose del Cabo is close enough for an evening out, far enough that it doesn't interfere.
