Villa Maria is a six-bedroom, 6,000-square-foot villa in Pedregal, Cabo San Lucas — positioned on an elevated corner lot that opens to Pacific Ocean views on one side and the Sea of Cortez on the other. Six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, and a layout that works as well for a large group as it does for a smaller gathering that simply wants more room.

Two of the bedrooms are ground-level casitas, set apart from the main house. For families traveling with older kids or guests who prefer to be farther from the main living areas, the separation is built into the property rather than improvised.

The outdoor space is organized around the infinity pool, jacuzzi, and a seating pavilion with a fire pit — all facing the water. The private dining area with a wood-burning fireplace and gas grill handles long evenings without requiring anyone to leave the property. Hacienda-style interiors — deep sofas, dark wood, layered furnishings — give the common areas a weight that newer construction in Los Cabos rarely achieves.

Downtown Cabo San Lucas and the marina are minutes from the gate.

A mandatory housekeeping gratuity of $5 per person per day applies. Groups exceeding 12 guests are accommodated at $150 plus tax per additional guest per night, up to a maximum of 14 guests.
