The Hacienda Beach community program includes a seaside palapa bar, beachside dining, an event lawn, bocce courts, beach activities, and beachside grill and beverage service. Three community pools, a full-service spa, gym, and secured underground parking are part of the same access.

The villa's outdoor deck features a private pool with a spa and a built-in grill that opens directly to the beach. Inside, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, formal dining for ten, multiple private terraces across both levels, and a jetted tub in the master bathroom support the full group across five bedrooms.
