​Villa Mar de Vida is located within the Punta Bella enclave of Palmilla Sur, set into a private cove above the Sea of Cortez. Positioned on a single level, the home draws its privacy from both its placement and its scale, with the coastline unfolding below rather than surrounding it. The setting feels tucked away without being isolated.

The outdoor space centers around a pool set at the edge of the property, positioned to take in a wide span of the water below. From this vantage point, the view opens across the Sea of Cortez without interruption. The terrace remains close to the interior, allowing the space to be used consistently throughout the day rather than as a separate destination. As the light shifts, the water remains the constant reference point from nearly every angle.

Inside, four separate bedroom suites connect to a central living area with full-height glass facing the ocean. White-washed interiors and restrained detailing keep the focus on light and view rather than decoration. The single-level layout makes movement simple, with no separation between main living spaces and bedrooms, allowing the home to feel cohesive without forcing interaction.

Villa Mar de Vida is best suited for smaller groups looking for a private setting with a more intimate scale than larger Palmilla estates.
