Villa Las Palmas is a seven-bedroom estate in Pedregal, Cabo San Lucas — 14,000 square feet on the Pacific side of the peninsula, where the hillside position opens to ocean views and the gated community provides the kind of privacy that a property this size actually requires. Seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, eighteen guests.
The indoor program is what separates this property from most large-group rentals in Los Cabos. A gym and wellness center, wine cellar, billiard room, and multimedia lounge mean the group doesn't need to leave the property to find something to do — and at eighteen guests, that matters. The gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, formal dining area, and a separate casita give the estate enough internal variety that different corners of the group can settle into their own rhythm without constantly converging.
Outside, two pools handle the full group without compromise. The main pool and jacuzzi anchor one side of the outdoor space; a separate child-friendly pool area gives families their own water space. A courtyard with a custom putting green, fountain, gazebo, and outdoor kitchen rounds out a terrace that was clearly designed for extended use rather than decoration.
Downtown Cabo San Lucas, the marina, and the beach are minutes from the gate. Our concierge team coordinates chef services, excursion planning, and all pre-arrival logistics so a group this size arrives to a stay that's already running.

1-6 guests: Breakfast and Lunch - $170 per meal, Dinner - $225 per meal
7-10 guests: Breakfast and Lunch - $190 per meal, Dinner - $245 per meal
