Villa Gloriosa

Villa Gloriosa sits on the shore of the Bahía de San José within Caleta, one of the most private enclaves in the Palmilla community. Six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, twelve guests across 9,000 square feet of Spanish Colonial architecture with unobstructed Sea of Cortez views from Punta Palmilla to Punta Gorda.

The architecture earns attention before a single door opens. Red clay roof tiles, cream walls, marble columns, and thatched wood awnings on the exterior establish a design language that the interior continues without interruption. Cantera-tiled floors, wood-beamed ceilings in the kitchen, a candlelit chandelier over the grand dining table, baroque-inspired furnishings in the living room — the detail throughout is the kind that takes years to source and longer to integrate. Large doors along the main living areas open onto the veranda, pulling the sea breeze through the home and keeping the boundary between inside and outside deliberately soft.

Outside, an infinity pool and elevated jacuzzi face the water, with an outdoor grilling area alongside. The property has its own direct beach access to Palmilla Cove — private to the villa, not shared with the broader community.
