Villa Di Mare is a ten-bedroom estate in Pedregal, Cabo San Lucas — positioned high on the hillside with Pacific Ocean views and a scale that most large-group rentals in Los Cabos don't reach. Ten bedrooms, ten and a half bathrooms, twenty-two guests.

The architecture is contemporary throughout. Travertine marble floors, walls of glass, and an open-concept layout give the common areas a clarity that the hillside position reinforces — light moves through the property freely and the ocean is visible from multiple points inside the home. The gourmet kitchen and indoor dining area support the full group without the space ever feeling like it was designed for a smaller gathering and stretched to fit.

Outside, the infinity pool extends toward the horizon from a wide ocean-view terrace with lounge areas, shaded seating, and an outdoor dining setup that handles long evenings naturally. The terrace orientation captures both the afternoon light and the full Pacific sunset without requiring any particular vantage point — the view is consistent across the entire outdoor space.

Each bedroom suite is finished to the same standard as the main living areas, with en-suite bathrooms and private outdoor access where the layout allows. Downtown Cabo San Lucas, the marina, and the beach are minutes from the gate.
