Villa de Paz y Amor is a six-bedroom ocean-view villa set within Rancho Cerro Colorado, a private gated community along the San José del Cabo corridor. Accommodating up to 12 guests, the home is configured with five king bedrooms and a sixth bedroom with two full beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

The main outdoor terrace centers around a heated pool and Jacuzzi overlooking the Sea of Cortez. Chaise lounges and umbrellas frame the pool area, while separate outdoor dining and lounge spaces create room for long afternoons outside, dinner on the terrace, and evenings together. A gas BBQ and outdoor sound system complete the setting.

Inside, the villa continues with comfortable spaces for dining and gathering, complemented by a Sonos sound system. A private fitness room provides a dedicated space for workouts, while a separate spa room allows massages and wellness treatments to be enjoyed in the privacy of the villa.

Guests of Villa de Paz y Amor also have access to Palmilla Dunes Club, adding the club's amenities to the experience during their stay.

A golf cart is included with the villa for added convenience within the property and community.
