Villa de los Sueños brings together the timeless character of a Mexican hacienda with the comforts of a private luxury retreat in Pedregal, one of Cabo San Lucas’ most sought-after communities. Set against the hillside, the villa offers sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean while remaining just minutes from downtown Cabo, the marina, and the beaches.

With generous indoor and outdoor spaces, Villa de los Sueños accommodates up to 18 guests across beautifully appointed bedroom suites, making it an inviting setting for families and groups traveling together. Outside, an infinity-edge pool and spacious jacuzzi create the centerpiece of the terrace, with plenty of room to lounge, dine alfresco, or gather around the fire pit as the sun sets over the Pacific.

The hacienda-inspired design continues throughout the interiors, where warm architectural details, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtfully designed living spaces create an atmosphere that feels both elegant and welcoming. After a day exploring Cabo, guests can retreat to their private suites or gather for dinner in the villa’s inviting dining area.

Beyond the villa, guests can enjoy Pedregal’s community amenities, including tennis and pickleball courts. When it’s time to explore, downtown Cabo San Lucas, the marina, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and beaches are all just a short drive away.

Daily butler service is included throughout your stay, adding an extra level of personalized attention from arrival through departure.
