Villa de los Sueños is an eight-bedroom villa rental in the gated Pedregal community of Cabo San Lucas — 11,000 square feet of Spanish hacienda architecture adjacent to downtown and the marina, with Pacific Ocean views from an elevation that keeps the property above the main activity while remaining minutes from it. Eight bedrooms, nine baths, and eighteen guests across cream-colored walls, marble flooring, granite and marble countertops, and colonial-palace architectural details that carry through every room.

The outdoor program includes a heated pool, a large whirlpool spa, two al fresco showers, a putting green, a fire pit, an outdoor fireplace, patio dining for sixteen, a gas BBQ, and twelve chaise lounges. The outdoor footprint gives a group of eighteen enough space to be outside simultaneously without feeling compressed onto a single terrace.

Inside, a fitness room with dedicated equipment, a billiards table with ping pong, a gas fireplace, indoor dining for sixteen, ten televisions with Dish Network, whole-house stereo system, Vonage long-distance, iPod docking, fax and printer, and a separate casita within the property give the estate a social and hospitality infrastructure proportional to eighteen guests.

Villa de los Sueños is a strong Pedregal villa rental in Cabo San Lucas for large families or corporate groups of up to eighteen who want Spanish hacienda scale, a fitness room, billiards, a putting green, and a casita — within the gated Pedregal community directly above downtown and the marina. Our dedicated concierge team coordinates chef services, excursion planning, and all pre-arrival logistics so that a group this size arrives to a stay that is already organized.

*This property requires a gratuity of $800 per night to be paid in advance for their in-villa staff.

Chef services cost per meal:
1-6 guests: Breakfast and Lunch $170 per meal, Dinner $225
7-10 guests: Breakfast and Lunch $190 per meal, Dinner $245

*Additional $20 per person, after 10 guests.

Rates are plus 16% tax, cost of groceries and gratuity additional.
