The villa’s expansive outdoor living areas are designed to fully embrace the Cabo lifestyle. Guests can spend their days relaxing beside the heated swimming pool, soaking in the oversized whirlpool spa, or enjoying the peaceful surroundings from one of several lounging terraces. Additional outdoor amenities include a private putting green, outdoor fireplace, fire pit, gas BBQ grill, patio dining for sixteen guests, and multiple outdoor showers. With generous terrace space and numerous seating areas, the property offers plenty of room for guests to gather together while still enjoying moments of privacy and relaxation.

Throughout the home, luxury amenities and entertainment spaces create a comfortable and welcoming environment for larger groups. Guests will enjoy a private fitness room, billiards table with ping pong conversion, whole-house stereo system, gas fireplace, and multiple indoor gathering areas ideal for entertaining. Additional conveniences include ten televisions with Dish Network, high-speed wireless internet, and indoor dining for sixteen.

Additional Fees & Services:

*Extra person charge applies after the 16th guest – $150 per person, per night plus a 16% IVA tax and 4% lodging tax.
*This property requires a mandatory gratuity of $800 per night to be paid in advance for their in-villa service staff.

Chef services cost per meal:
1-6 guests: Breakfast and Lunch - $170 per meal, Dinner - $225 per meal
7-10 guests: Breakfast and Lunch - $190 per meal, Dinner - $245 per meal

*$100 extra for Christmas and New Years week rentals.
