Terracotta tile, wrought iron, stone archways, a central Spanish fountain, and a garden of palms and desert flora define the arrival sequence before you reach the interior. The beach is a ten-minute walk through the community. The upper terrace features a wet bar, a grill station, an infinity pool with beach entry toward the sea, and multiple lounge and dining configurations. The lower level opens through French doors to a lush lawn, a large jacuzzi, and a palapa-covered outdoor dining area with a wraparound sofa — surrounded by tropical flowers and offering uninterrupted ocean views. Inside, the great room has vaulted wood-beamed ceilings, a formal dining area for eight, and two stone archways framing the terrace view.
