Villa de Lam is a six-bedroom villa in Pedregal, Cabo San Lucas — three levels of open-concept living on the hillside, five minutes by taxi from the marina, downtown, and the IGY Marina. Six bedrooms, six bathrooms, sixteen guests.

The outdoor space runs 3,000 square feet. A pool surrounded by eight lounge chairs, a jacuzzi built for nine, a fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and charcoal BBQ with an alfresco dining table give the group a full outdoor setup that handles both relaxed afternoons and longer evenings without running out of room. The Pedregal hillside keeps things quiet while everything in Cabo stays within easy reach.

Inside, the three-level layout creates a natural flow between spaces without the group converging in one place. The gourmet kitchen opens to a dining area that seats nine with three additional barstools at the breakfast bar — enough for the full group to eat together in shifts or all at once, depending on the day. Seven smart TVs, a Bluetooth sound system, and a gaming system provide the property with enough entertainment infrastructure so that a full day inside never feels like a compromise.

Daily housekeeping and a personal concierge are included with the stay.

Downtown Cabo San Lucas and the marina are five minutes away.

*Pool heating above 80°F is available at $110 per day, paid directly to the property. Housekeeping is provided daily except Sundays and Mexican holidays.
