Six bedrooms and fourteen guests across a property with an open-air domed dining area on the main terrace — a feature borrowed from Mediterranean residential architecture that makes al fresco dining here specific to this villa.

Mountain Club access is included for up to eight guests per day: a private Pedregal members' facility featuring a full gym, fitness classes, a community pool, and a gourmet restaurant. The outdoor program includes 5,000 square feet of exterior space with a new 2,500-square-foot deck, a large pool, jacuzzi, shaded patio and dining, gas BBQ, fire pit with seating, and lounge chairs. A casita within the property provides additional accommodation flexibility.

Inside, a home theater and media room with a half bath, Roku, Netflix, Sonos, UV, and triple-filtration water purification, marble floors, granite countertops, local and Vonage telephone lines, and a washer/dryer support fourteen guests.
