Sunset Hills 53 is a seven-bedroom villa in the exclusive Diamante community in Cabo San Lucas, accommodating up to eighteen guests with full access to Diamante's resort infrastructure: Tiger Woods-designed golf courses, a 10-acre Crystal Lagoon, a luxury spa and fitness center, a private beach club, fine dining, tennis, and water sports. The upper terrace offers panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the home bring the Baja landscape inside at every level.

The pool is positioned as the social center of the outdoor space — designed for both lounging and group entertaining, with a fire pit and lounge seating extending the evening use of the terrace. An outdoor kitchen area and separate dining zones give the group flexibility between poolside eating and a more formal setup.

Inside, an open-concept living area with a gourmet kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining configurations, and a large-format entertaining layout supports a group of eighteen. Each of the seven ensuite bedrooms has a private bath.
