Q Casa 1 & 2 occupy the ground and second floors of Tower 3 in the Alvar development at Quivira in Cabo San Lucas — the most secluded units in the tower and the only south-facing residences, meaning direct sunlight throughout the day across both properties. Eight bedrooms, 8.5 baths, and sixteen guests with access to restaurants at Pueblo Bonito Sunset, Pacifica, and Montecristo, the Quivira Steakhouse, and the spas at Pueblo Bonito and Pacifica with advance reservations.
Q Casa 1 on the ground floor holds one of the few full-size private pools in the Alvar development: 27 feet by 10 feet with a 10-by-10-foot jacuzzi seating 12, a 900-square-foot covered terrace, and 1,500 square feet of uncovered pool and deck area. Q Casa 2 on the second floor adds a heated splash pool, 900 square feet of covered terrace, and an outdoor lounge with a fire pit, TV, and BBQ. Both units have fully equipped kitchens, dining areas, televisions with U.S. channels, mesh high-speed Wi-Fi, and zero-bacteria water filtration. Keypad access, washers/dryers, ceiling fans, and automatic solar screen window treatments are standard throughout.
