Esperanza Private Residence 2804 is a four-bedroom villa rental within the Auberge Private Residences at Punta Ballena, Cabo San Lucas — 2,600 square feet and eight guests in a managed oceanfront residence where the amenity access far exceeds what the villa square footage indicates. Three king bedrooms and one double bedroom; all four ensuite. Included with the stay: the Auberge pool, Las Estrellas restaurant, a clubhouse with gym and entertainment center, sauna and steam room, a putting green, children's playground, and a tennis court.

The shared outdoor area — pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, palapa, BBQ, pool table, ping pong, foosball, and putting green — extends the stay well beyond the villa's own patio, which opens to the Esperanza grounds with ocean views and comfortable outdoor seating.

Inside, a gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar for three, formal dining for eight, satellite TV, A/C, ceiling fans, iPhone connection, and Wi-Fi are standard. The villa is wheelchair accessible and has a water purification system. Some areas of Esperanza Resort require advance reservations.

A few words on Resort Access: This condo is located in the "Auberge Deluxe Villas” resort area. All guests have access to the pool “D” and Las Estrellas restaurant directly in front. There's also a clubhouse marked "C" with a gym and entertainment center with pool table, foosball, video games. “F” is a putting green and “E” is a children’s playground. Tennis Courts "A" are also included. The Esperanza Resort is a separate property to which you do not have access to with the exception of the restaurants and spa (with reservations). The main hotel Adult Pool "R" as well as the pool "J", and La Palapa "N" are for hotel guests only.
