Casa Primavera is an eight-bedroom, eight-bath villa in Puerto Los Cabos, 6,673 square feet, positioned directly by the golf course with beach club access, ocean views, and a heated infinity pool and jacuzzi for 8 on the main terrace. Sixteen guests across eight bedrooms — the master with ocean views, terrace, and shower — each room with hotel-quality linens, robes, toiletries, TV, closets, ceiling fans, and Wi-Fi. A 6-seat golf cart is included to move through the community and reach the Fundadores Beach Club, the golf course, and the nearby grocery store without arranging transportation.

The pool and jacuzzi terrace includes a wet bar with a grill, TV, minibar, and ice maker, as well as a fire pit, outdoor furniture, umbrellas, and beach essentials. The gourmet kitchen has a breakfast bar for four, a wine fridge, and connects to an indoor dining area. A dedicated workspace, Yamaha stereo system, Bluetooth transmitter, and washer/dryer round out the interior program.

Fundadores Beach Club access is included at an additional charge for the stay — a private beach cove, oceanfront dining, fitness, and the full club experience within minutes of the villa.
