Casa Maravilla is a five-bedroom villa rental in the double-gated Caleta Palmilla community in San José del Cabo — 7,275 square feet set one row back from the beach, with ocean views toward the One & Only Palmilla on the point and French doors on the upper level that fold fully open to bring the view and the sea breeze through the main living spaces simultaneously. Five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, and fourteen guests across two levels: three bedrooms on the lower level beneath the pool, which overflows down the wall as a water feature for that level, and the main living and entertaining spaces above.

The sun deck holds an infinity-edge heated pool, a large jacuzzi with capacity for at least twelve adults, oversized sunbeds, an outdoor dining table, wine and beer fridge, gas BBQ grill, outdoor fireplace, chaise lounges, and umbrellas. Palmilla Beach is a five-minute walk from the property.

Inside, the open-concept living and dining area seats eight at the formal dining table, with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, in-house spa, wine fridge, central A/C, ceiling fans, satellite TV, stereo system, and high-speed internet throughout. Three bedrooms have king beds — the master with a bathtub and separate shower, ocean views, TV, and in-room safe. The fourth bedroom has two double beds and two twins; the fifth has two queen beds. Unique artwork and wood furnishings carry through all five rooms. Daily housekeeping is included except Sundays and Mexican holidays.
