Set into the mountainside of Villas del Mar, Palmilla, Casa Maravante is a six-bedroom ocean-view estate offering over 9,000 square feet of refined indoor and outdoor living. Designed for up to 12 guests, the villa provides a private and elevated setting with sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez.

The home features an open, flowing layout where expansive living areas connect seamlessly to terraces and balconies through sliding glass walls. A fully equipped, modern kitchen anchors the main level, while each bedroom offers its own sense of retreat. The primary suite includes a king bed, spa-style bathroom, walk-in closet, and a private terrace with panoramic ocean views.

Outdoor spaces are designed to take full advantage of the villa’s hillside position, with an infinity-edge pool and spa that appear to merge with the horizon. Multiple lounge areas, a covered cabana, and a fire pit create inviting spaces for gathering or unwinding throughout the day and into the evening.
