Casa Lita is a four-bedroom, beachfront villa rental in the Palmilla Norte community in San José del Cabo — 6,300 square feet of classic Spanish Colonial architecture with pristine white walls, red-tile roofing, and columned archways set within impeccable grounds of manicured lawns, bright flowers, and tall palms. Four bedrooms, six baths, and eight guests steps from the calm, protected shores of Palmilla Cove. 

The outdoor deck features a private, heated, shaped pool, jacuzzi, BBQ grill station, mini bar, generous lounge areas with chaise lounges and umbrellas, and tall palms framing the Sea of Cortez in every direction. Palmilla Cove's protected beach is directly accessible — one of the most reliably calm swimming coves in Los Cabos, sheltered from the open Cortez by the natural curve of the Palmilla point.

Inside, high vaulted ceilings and natural light define the main living area, with a traditional-style kitchen featuring Mexican tile work and deluxe stainless steel appliances, formal dining for ten, a home theatre, satellite TV, high-speed internet, ceiling fans, and air conditioning throughout. Each bedroom has a palatial ensuite bath; the master has a king bed, a sofa bed, a bathtub and shower, an ocean view, and satellite TV.

Access to Palmilla Golf and Tennis Club is available for an additional fee. The One & Only Palmilla's restaurants and spa are accessible within the community.
