The pool and covered deck are the heart of the outdoor experience — generous, shaded by a large palapa, and positioned to face the Cortez view with the breeze moving through consistently. Six beach chairs are available for the five-minute walk to Palmilla Beach, one of the most reliably swimmable stretches of sand in Los Cabos. The One & Only Palmilla is five minutes by car or a fifteen-minute walk down the beach.

Inside, the main house holds an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area designed for the full group to gather in one space. The kitchen runs a GE Monogram refrigerator and gas cooktop with everything needed to self-cater or hand it to a private chef. The master bedroom has a king bed, a full master bath, and a walk-in closet. The four casita bedrooms offer a king, a queen, and two rooms with twin beds that convert to kings — all with private baths and L'Occitane toiletries throughout. The property is fully wheelchair accessible.
