The outdoor terrace holds a heated infinity-edge pool, jacuzzi, full-service bar, gas BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, covered outdoor seating, and fire pit — a complete outdoor program at the Caleta Palmilla shoreline. Palmilla Beach is accessible directly from the community. Folding doors on both sides of the living room open completely to create a true indoor-outdoor flow that lets the Cortez breeze move through the whole ground floor during the day.
Rich wood furnishings against light tones on walls and floors give the interior warmth without weight. A gourmet kitchen, satellite television, stereo system, and water purification support fourteen guests across five bedrooms.
