Casa Connie

Casa Connie is a nearly 6,000 square foot villa in the gated Pedregal community, positioned with sweeping views of San Lucas Bay, the marina, the Pedregal hillsides, and the Pacific Ocean. Five bedrooms, each with a king bed, private terrace, ensuite bath, and TV. The master bedroom is set apart — a ceiling painted to resemble an open sky, and a private pool accessible directly from the terrace. A spiral staircase connects the main living level to the upper floor.

The main terrace holds two pools: a central heated pool at the primary level and the smaller private pool adjacent to the master suite. Jacuzzi, sun loungers, a garden filled with tropical plantings, outdoor dining, and a gas barbecue complete the outdoor program. The views of the marina and bay are present from most outdoor positions, with the Pacific visible beyond the hillside to the west.

Inside, the living area has plush sofas framed by large windows that bring the terrace views in. A formal dining table seats eight. Original artwork and paintings found throughout the home give the interior a specific personality rather than a generic resort feel.
