Six bedrooms, eight baths, and twelve guests across four ocean-view master suites with walk-in closets and private terraces, plus a separate guest casita with its own kitchenette and bath. The Punta Ballena Private Beach Club is accessible to guests. Direct staircase access leads to a private, swimmable stretch of beach below the property.

The outdoor program is built across levels: a private heated infinity pool with swim-up bar, jacuzzi, child-friendly pool, and palapa on the main terrace; a second-floor terrace for evenings at a different elevation; and beach chairs on the private shoreline below.
