Casa Brooks is a ten-bedroom, hacienda-style villa in Cabo del Sol, positioned within the golf and resort community along the Tourist Corridor, about ten minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas. The scale is built for large groups — up to twenty-two guests across well-appointed rooms — with a layout that balances impressive common spaces and functional bedroom separation. From the double-door entry and central fountain to the formal dining room and sweeping Sea of Cortez views, the architecture announces itself without apology.

The outdoor terrace is organized for groups of this size. A custom-built 16-person hot tub sits at one end; a full-size swimming pool extends near the main living room. A large fire pit with seating and an al fresco dining area complete the space. Everything is scaled to allow a group of twenty two to spread out without feeling crowded.

Inside, the living room opens to the terrace through large windows, and the formal dining room, main kitchen, and BBQ area connect logically for meal service. The kitchen is designed for events: ample prep space, professional equipment, and a flow that allows catering-style service for the full group. The ten bedrooms are well-appointed with quality linens and private baths.

Casa Brooks is best suited for large family reunions, milestone celebrations, or corporate groups who need both scale and a polished setting. Our dedicated concierge team manages chef services, group excursions, ground transportation, and the full arrival sequence so nothing is left to chance on a trip of this size.

Construction Notice: There is currently construction in and around Cabo del Sol community, including the lot adjacent to Casa Brooks. We don't have any definitive information on when the construction will be finished or what areas will be worked on at specific times.
