Casa Bella is a five-bedroom, three-level luxury villa in the exclusive community of Cabo Colorado near Palmilla, San José del Cabo — a 6,500 square foot custom home built across three floors to maximize Sea of Cortez views, with three of the four main bedrooms facing the water directly. The fourth bedroom is a separate one-bedroom casita with its own space within the property. Ten guests across an arrangement that gives different groups within the same party their own level.

Outside, a private pool, jacuzzi, and gas BBQ with chaise lounges and umbrellas face the coastline. The property has access to a swimmable beach — weather permitting — directly from the community. That access, at this stretch of the Palmilla corridor, is what sets the property apart from ocean-view villas without it.

Inside, a gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar for five, indoor dining for ten, wine fridge, high-speed internet, satellite TV with DVD player, and a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom are standard across all three levels. Robes and laundry included.
