Casa Bella

Set within the gated community of Cabo Colorado near Palmilla, Casa Bella is a five-bedroom, three-level residence designed to capture sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez from nearly every vantage point. Spanning approximately 6,500 square feet, the villa offers a thoughtfully tiered layout that provides both shared living spaces and separation for guests traveling together.

The home is arranged across multiple levels, allowing different groups within the party to enjoy their own sense of privacy. Three of the primary bedrooms face the ocean, while a separate one-bedroom casita offers an additional private space within the property—ideal for guests seeking a bit more independence.

Outdoor living is centered around a terrace with a private pool, Jacuzzi, and lounging areas positioned to take in the coastal views. A built-in grill and shaded seating create an easy setting for casual meals and evenings outdoors. Guests also benefit from access to a swimmable beach within the community—an increasingly rare feature along this stretch of the Palmilla corridor.

Inside, the villa is designed for comfort and functionality, with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a breakfast bar, a dining area for larger gatherings, and open living spaces across all three levels. Additional amenities such as high-speed internet, satellite television, and well-appointed bathrooms—including a soaking tub in the primary suite—support a relaxed and convenient stay.

Guests are paired with a dedicated personal concierge who manages every detail before arrival and throughout the stay. From coordinating beach access and private chef services to arranging transportation, reservations, and curated excursions, each experience is tailored to ensure a seamless and personalized visit.

There is construction currently in front of Casa Bella (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, no construction on weekends).  At this time, we do not have definitive information regarding the completion timeline.  Please note the published rates reflect a 30% discount due to the construction activity.
