Casa Alegria is a five-bedroom villa rental in the gated Caleta community within Palmilla in San José del Cabo — 7,158 square feet of Spanish Colonial architecture with Tuscan design influences, positioned a short walk from Palmilla Beach and within the walkable radius of the One & Only Palmilla, The Shoppes at Palmilla, the California Ranch Market, and the Palmilla Social Club. Five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, and fourteen guests across a property where the location does more of the work than most Los Cabos villas can claim: swimmable beach, golf, groceries, and resort dining are all reachable on foot or by golf cart from the front door.

The Cantera-tiled terrace holds a two-level pool with a cascading waterfall, a high-up jacuzzi with an unobstructed ocean view, al fresco dining for eight under a grand palapa with hammocks in the breeze, an 80-inch flatscreen TV with surround sound, and an outdoor kitchen with built-in grill. A separate outdoor gym — treadmill, exercise bike, yoga mat, exercise ball, cushioned seating, and privacy curtains — gives the property a shaded, unhurried workout space that works with the climate rather than against it.
