Cabo Luxury Membership — Full Program Terms

MEMBERSHIP EXPERIENCE PER STAY

Each qualifying stay with Cabo Luxury includes one membership experience selected from your tier. Some experiences build on what is already included in your stay. Others replace a standard element with a higher-level version. Your villa rental expert and dedicated concierge are always the right place to start for questions about your specific membership.

EXPERIENCE SELECTION BY TIER

Dunes members select one experience from the Dunes tier. Pacific, Cielo, Cardon, and Arco members may select one experience from their tier or any tier below.

QUALIFYING STAYS

A minimum total trip value of $8,000 is required for a stay to count as a qualifying stay toward tier progression. Villa rental, concierge services, and gratuities may be included in that total. All Cabo Luxury properties require a minimum stay of three nights, which applies to stays considered for progression.

TIER PROGRESSION

Membership advances through two independent paths: qualifying stays and confirmed referrals. Each qualifying stay moves a member forward one tier. Every three confirmed referrals also moves a member forward one tier. Both paths are independent and cumulative.

INAUGURAL MEMBER PROGRESSION

Guests who are part of the inaugural Cabo Luxury Membership group advance to their next tier after two confirmed referrals as a recognition of their founding relationship with the program. All subsequent progression, for inaugural members and all future members, follows the standard three-referral requirement.

REFERRAL ELIGIBILITY

Referrals are recognized for guests who are not currently part of the Cabo Luxury Membership program and have not previously stayed with Cabo Luxury as a primary booking guest. Only first-time guests who are new to the membership are eligible as referred guests for tier progression purposes.

REFERRAL RECOGNITION

A referral is recognized once the referred guest has a confirmed booking with Cabo Luxury. Tier progression is reviewed monthly.

BUTLER SERVICE

Butler service hours included at each membership tier are for use within a single stay and are governed by Cabo Luxury's standard butler service guidelines. A minimum engagement block applies per session.

SPA AND WELLNESS EXPERIENCES

Dunes Arrival Massage Experience: This experience includes two masseuses and sixty minutes of shiatsu chair massage service, available to be shared among the group during the arrival window. Additional time or service beyond what is included is subject to advance arrangement and supplemental fees.
Pacific, Cielo, Cardon, and Arco Massage Experiences: Each massage included at these tiers is an individual full-treatment session. Two 30-minute massages means two separate 30-minute individual sessions. Two 60-minute massages means two separate 60-minute individual sessions.
Sessions are arranged before arrival and scheduled around your plans by your concierge.

GUIDED FITNESS SESSION

Each fitness session is designed for a specific base number of participants, which varies by session type. Your villa rental expert and dedicated concierge will confirm the base size for your selected session during planning. Additional participants beyond the session base may be subject to supplemental fees, confirmed during the planning process.
Certain session types require equipment that is not included in the membership experience.

MEXICAN COOKING CLASS

The private cooking class experience is arranged for your group and coordinated by your concierge prior to arrival. The experience includes recipe cards and standard class materials. For larger groups, your villa rental expert and dedicated concierge will confirm arrangements in advance to ensure the experience is enjoyed by everyone.

BEACH DAY EXPERIENCE

The Beach Day Experience includes four chairs, two umbrellas, and a cooler, set up and broken down daily by your butler. This experience requires active butler service and is not available on days without butler coverage. Access is subject to villa proximity to the beach. Your villa rental expert and dedicated concierge will confirm suitability during planning.

CABO LUXURY SIGNATURE TABLESCAPE

The Cabo Luxury Signature Tablescape includes a curated selection of in-house design elements and a fresh floral arrangement. Additional decor, furniture, or custom elements beyond the standard collection are available and may be subject to supplemental fees, confirmed during the planning process.

GRATUITY

Gratuity for all service providers including butlers, private chefs, massage therapists, fitness instructors, and other vendors is not included in membership experiences and remains the responsibility of the guest.

PROPERTY ELIGIBILITY

Not all membership experiences are available at every property. Availability is subject to villa configuration, location, and logistical access. All experiences are confirmed by the Cabo Luxury team during the planning process. If a selected experience is not available at the booked property, an appropriate alternative will be offered.

EXPERIENCE CANCELLATION

If a confirmed stay is canceled after a membership experience has been selected and coordinated, the experience entitlement carries forward to the member's next stay with Cabo Luxury.

AVAILABILITY AND SCHEDULING

All membership experiences are subject to availability, property suitability, service scheduling, and final confirmation by the Cabo Luxury team.
