Q Casa 1 sits on the ground floor of Tower 3 in the Alvar development at Quivira — the most secluded unit in the tower and the only south-facing residence, which means direct sunlight throughout the day and a positioning that keeps the property quieter than most in the development. The Jack Nicklaus-designed Quivira Golf Course, ranked among Golf Digest's top 100 globally and among the top ten Nicklaus designs, is steps from the 18th green. Guests receive a 25% discount on green fees.

The outdoor footprint is what distinguishes Q Casa 1 from other units in the development: 1,500 square feet of private pool and deck area, with a 27-by-10-foot pool and a heated 9-by-9 jacuzzi that accommodates up to 12 people. Within the Alvar development, private pools of this scale are rare. A 900-square-foot terrace extends the outdoor living program further. The beach is a ten-minute walk.

Inside, four bedrooms — three facing the ocean — accommodate up to eight guests across three king beds and two full beds, each with its own ensuite bath.
