Casa Pacifica is located within Palmilla Norte, along the beachfront of Palmilla Bay, and is positioned as a standalone villa that can also connect seamlessly with the neighboring Casa Koll estate. Set directly on the sand, the home faces one of the most swimmable stretches of coastline in Los Cabos, with the water remaining calm and usable throughout most of the day. The setting is immediate and close, with the beach just beyond the main terrace.

The outdoor space is designed around direct access to the shoreline. An infinity-edge pool and jacuzzi sit just above the sand, while a shaded beachfront dining palapa creates a second gathering area separate from the main terrace.
