BODY SCULPT (60 min) This 60-min workout uses various tools and techniques to strengthen your entire body. It will challenge all of your major muscle groups by combining traditional weight room style ‘lift’s with functional exercises such as squats, lunges, push-ups, plyometric etc.
CARDIO KICK-BOXING (60 min) This 60-min class involves kickboxing exercises set to faced-pace music. The exercises are designed to elevate your heart rate as well as challenge your muscles and mind. Be prepared to sweat!
GLUTES and ABS (30 min) This 30-min class combines standing and floor exercises designed to target the glutes and core areas (front and back). You will leave with tighter abs, toned glutes and firmer legs.
MODUVATED BOOT CAMP (60 min) The 60-min ModuVated Boot Camps incorporate high intensity intervals, strength training, cardio, core/balance work and stretching for one fat-blasting good time. The Boot Camps provide the inspiration, variation and most importantly, the enjoyment factor to energize your workout. Be prepared for a total body transformation.
RESISTANCE BAND TRAINING (60 min) There’s more to strength training than just pumping iron. Resistance bands are simple, light-weight, universal training tools which strengthen neuromuscular structure where it is weakest. This 60-min class is designed to work every muscle group in combinations specially designed to both build muscle and tone the entire body.
SPINNING (60 min) Indoor cycling is a fun, athletic, high-energy workout that can burn as much as 1000 calories per hour. This type of training involves both endurance intervals and cardio work that keeps the pressure off the joints and feet. Take 60 minutes of cardio to a new level with this guided cycling training set to ModuVational music.
TRX® (60 min) TRX® suspension training is a safe and effective way to sculpt muscles, lose weight and achieve general fitness. Professional athletes in tennis, golf, triathlon, swimming, and surfing amongst others are turning to this type of training which uses bodyweight and gravity to develop strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability. Get ready to push, pull, lift and lower your body for a total body workout.
ZUMBA® (60 min) Zumba is an energy-packed dance party with sexy moves and catchy Latin rhythms sure to burn calories, tone muscles and melt the weight off. The class combines fast and slow movements along with body weight training to help sculpt your body while having fun at the same time.
FITNESS FOR TRAVELERS (60 min) For those of us who love to travel but don’t want to sacrifice your workout, this class is for you. This 60-min class will involve simple functional exercises which combine high-intensity bursts, strength training with resistance bands and other techniques you can take with you on your trip.
