This home was built for vacationing and spending quality time with family and friends. The layout thoughtfully offers five distinct areas where individuals or groups may find privacy. An uncovered courtyard with comfortable, colorful furniture is surrounded by the three guest bedrooms. The living and dining area is one central area which flows seamlessly from formal to casual. And the full-length covered patio is littered with comfortable lounge furniture which is just perfect to get lost in a book or enjoy a glass of wine while telling old stories with friends and family.

If you enjoy preparing your own meals, the kitchen with its stainless steel Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances is ready for your test. Yet, as most guests find out, these tools are best used by one of our skilled chefs while you and yours relax. Days in the sun turn into evenings with cocktails as you watch the light fade over the Sea of Cortez and smell the delectibles being prepared for your dinner. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped as is the Summer Kitchen and BBQ area.

Graciously offering two oceanview Master Suites, Villa Vida Feliz is a king’s quarters. The three guest suites are located off of the courtyard in the center of the property and create the perfect environment for family and friends to commune. Every creature comfort that you could want is provided as well as a few extra perks such as a rockslide into the pool for the children, or a wine cooler for the grape enthusiasts in your bunch.
