- June 1 through June 30: $3,442 per night (3 night minimum)
- July 1 through September 30: $3,040 per night (3 night minimum)
- October 1 through October 31: $3,442 per night (3 night minimum)
- November 1 through December 17: $3,800 per night (3 night minimum)
- December 18 through January 3: $4,750per night (7 night minimum)
All rates include tax.
Event pricing when renting Villa Marcella for 3 nights:
- 0-25 guests – No Event Fee
- 26-50 guests – 1/2 night rental
- 51-100 guests – 1 night rental
- 101-150 guests – 1.5 night rental
- 151-200 guests – 2 night rental
- 201-250 guests – 2.5 night rental
- 251-300 guests – 3 night rental
*Amounts are all in USD. Pedregal HOA fee’s not included in pricing stated above. Event fee does not include anything other than using the villa and it’s amenities for the ceremony/reception. Refundable Security Deposit for any size wedding over 25 guests automatically starts at $3,000.00USD but may increase accordingly depending on wedding size.
- No smoking inside Villa Marcella.
- No pets allowed without owner’s prior approval.
- No wet clothing or towels on indoor furniture.
- No groups without at least one member of 25 years of age. All groups must have a member of 25 years of age as a signing renter.
- Pedregal HOA has a noise ordinance: loud noise and music after 10:00 PM will be subject to response by Pedregal Security which may result in penalties up to and including rental termination.
- Events: Weddings: Max 200 seated dining on site and ceremony on Pedregal Beach. Corporate Events: Max 200 seated dining on site.
- Master Bedroom: Extra large room with King-size bed, large full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and private deck
- Bedroom 2: Extra large room with (2) King-size beds, large full bathroom and direct access to the pool area and beach
- Bedroom 3: King-size bed, large full bathroom and attached private family room with (3) Twin beds
- Bedroom 4: King-size bed, large full bathroom and direct access to the pool area and beach
- Bedroom 5: Extra large room with (2) King-size beds and full bathroom
