Refresh in one of the villa’s two swimming pools, as guests can utilize the upper-level pool and cascading Jacuzzi tub or enjoy the family-friendly design of the lower sundeck with its pool just steps from the sand. Kick back in one of the eight lounge chairs or take a break from the sun with the shaded outdoor kitchen and a dining table for eight looking out over the pools and the waterfront. At the end of the day, curl up in the seating area surrounding the firepit with a bottle of wine from the wine fridge or the home’s massive built-in wine cellar.

A wall of glass leads guests back inside, where an open floor plan with an elevated ceiling delivers the home’s main living area. Sharing the space with a large sofa and flat-screen TV is an elongated dining table with seating for eight. Contemporary light fixtures along with artistically positioned paintings and sculptures add a touch of sophistication and uniqueness throughout the home, complete with four-bedrooms, 4.5-baths, and enough room to comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. Each of the modern bedrooms comes with an ensuite bath, including the casita, which brings in the uniqueness of a loft-like setup, perfect for kids, a group of friends, or a family. The villa also offers a gourmet kitchen with a large center island and extended dining space, flat-panel cabinetry, and an overhead skylight that bathes the space in natural light.
